Gender-neutral language

Gender equality is a core value of the Uelzena Group. However, on grounds of improving text readability, we avoid using combined gender-specific terms – male, female and gender diverse (m/f/d) – and exclusively use the male form. These terms automatically imply equal treatment for all genders. The shortened form is purely for editorial purposes and does not reflect any inequality.
