Gender-neutral language

Equal treatment on the grounds of sex is taken for granted at the Uelzena Group and its companies. However, in order to keep the texts easier to read, we have replaced gender-specific terms with male terms. These terms are to be understood as collective terms and explicitly include women and men. This does not imply that we question the social equality between women and men.
